    Being so HELPFUL, U.F. often have a line up of people waiting. POPULAR Grabbed a ticket and waited 5 minutes only, before having these guys bend over backwards to sort out my nuts. RECOMMENDED

    Very unhelpful, waited for over half an hour in line before I was told that I needed a ticket. Then I had to wait as long again for my number to come up. No sign either to say you need a ticket.
